Our customer, like many estate agents, wanted to find a balance where the window display would look attractive and aesthetic, but not sacrifice too much property display space.

It not only affords more display space, but is also an attractive feature in its own right, while also improving the visibility of the window display to approaching traffic and pedestrians from either direction.

Our customer also took our advice and used good quality paper, while using large images, minimal text, and full colour backgrounds, for the best results.

 Internally, we were able to hide all the electrics within the window bed.  Liaising with the customer's electrician, the full illuminated window display is comfortably controlled by a timer, and all electrical components are hidden away, meaning that the internal display is also attractive, clean and tidy.

Our customer expanded into a very important and prominent High Street office in the Borders, and sought our advice on signage and window displays.  This is continued from the last blog, where we looked at the new window displays.

An old bank building, the inside required some work to transform it into a modern, up to date, and attractive office and estate agency for customers.

Working with their own contractors, to ensure a massive transformation from an old bank building to a modern, attractive office in a beautiful location, we're delighted with the results so far.

The first thing customers should see when walking into the office is the customers logo on the back wall behind the reception desks.

On the next wall, our customer wanted some poster advertising displays.

And finally, on the right of the entrance, in the customer waiting area, some internal property displays, with logo header panels to promote our customer's branding.

And a reminder of the LED illuminated property displays in the windows.

LED Illuminated Light Pocket Window Displays for Estate Agents, West Lothian, Scotland, Mid-Calder

Our customer asked us to advise and supply and fit LED illuminated window displays at two of their large offices in West Lothian, and are delighted with the results.

In order to conceal the transformers, power cables and other electrical components, we met with their electricians and agreed the best way to install while hiding all electrics and controlling costs.

An issue which many of customers face, due to estate agents and solicitors traditionally being located in old buildings, is that signage for them is very difficult to achieve.

With the LED light pockets, we find that our iluminated logo option is very popular with our customers, as it allows them to market their branding with illuminated signage, all within their window space, eliminating the need for expensive external signage and the complications of planning permission.

We also supplied an A2 light pocket suspended from the ceiling, in order to illuminate the customer's logo, effectively creating an illuminated floating logo sign in the window.

Also, the same logo illumination within the reception area is also proving popular with our customers.
